What size SIM card will I receive?

All sim cards supplied are triple size sims, so the sim card will be the correct format for your device

How do I insert my SIM?

Inserting your SIM card into your phone is quick and easy. Locate the SIM tray and – using a SIM eject tool or paperclip – push into the small hole next to the tray to eject. Place your SIM into the tray, using the angled corner to ensure it is positioned in the right way. Insert the tray back into the phone. Please note that the position of the SIM tray may vary between devices (for iPhones it is located on the right side of the phone).

I can’t find a SIM card with my phone, or my SIM card is lost or damaged

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a small chip embedded into mobile handsets. They work just like regular SIMs, except they don’t need to be inserted or swapped when you’re changing networks. It’s even possible to have plans from more than one network stored on it but only one can be used at a time.
