Can I change or update my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact our customer service team by emailing [email protected] or get in touch via our LiveChat (open Monday to Friday 9am – 5:00pm) detailing the change as soon as possible.

How can I get a copy of my invoice / receipt?

Your dispatch confirmation email will be sent to your email address or you can email us at [email protected] for a copy.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number will be included in your order confirmation email, which is sent with your order confirmation email.

I haven’t received a confirmation email.

Check your junk folder. If you haven’t received communications from us before then your email provider may have moved our communications there. If you still can’t find a confirmation email, it’s possible the email address on your order was incorrect. To update the email address on your order, please email [email protected] with your name,  address (including your postcode) and contact number.

How can I change the address on my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the address on your order. You will need to cancel your original request and place a new order. To cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact [email protected]
